Terms and Conditions

Field Service Call Rate ($85/hour – Minimum: 30 minutes)
All accounts are charged a 1.5% late fee on outstanding balances; 18% per annum. Title to all merchandise sold to Customer is retained by Network Creators, L.L.C., hereinafter known as Provider, until said account(s) is/are paid in full. Provider reserves unrestricted right to access and/or recover any and all equipment that has not met Terms Of Service (TOS) as noted on Sales Invoice due to non-payment by Customer. Should professional collection means become necessary for Provider to garner monies owed by Customer according to the TOS, Customer is solely responsible for all related fees including but not limited to court costs, attorney fees and any other additional recovery fees as incurred.
